Tiny Toybox and Tiny Toybox 2 (together, "the Apps") are children's interactive toy applications made by the same developer. This Privacy Policy applies to both Apps and explains our practices regarding information when you use either of them.
The Apps do not collect, store, or share any personal information. Specifically:
Each App occasionally checks over the internet for content updates, using a service called Capgo. This check only sends that app's own version and update channel so it knows which update to serve — nothing that identifies you or your device is sent. Each App checks for updates on its own channel independently of the other. All gameplay itself works fully offline.
Each App is a one-time purchase. There are no in-app purchases, subscriptions, or additional paid content.
Tiny Toybox and Tiny Toybox 2 are designed for young children. Because the Apps do not collect any personal information from any user, including children under 13, there is nothing to disclose under the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).
The Apps do not store any data on your device beyond what's needed to run the app (standard app cache and the content update described above). No personal or user-generated content is saved between sessions.
If this policy is ever updated, the new version will be posted at this URL with a revised date. We do not anticipate meaningful changes given the Apps' privacy-by-design approach.
